Dr. Ilma Szász
PhD, DSc, Dr.Szász is a university lecturer, comparative religion researcher, and mental health practitioner. Her name is well-known for high quality representation of spiritual and psychological topics in Hungary. In her many books he integrates Ken Wilber’s thoughts with other spiritual traditions. She has an exceptional talent in the visual analysis and psycho-spiritual interpretation of different symbolism, like the icons and paintings of the great Christian Mystics, Indian spiritual art, mandalas, and other traditions. First she did holistic research in biochemistry and morphology, with a holistic view, examining whole, and undivided blood cells. Then she researched Hindu meditative schools and world views comparing them to Christian traditions. She also works as a spiritual guide, using imaginative and meditative methods in group sessions. She strives to teach and develop methods for people to experience higher realms of reality, that are compatible with the Christian approach and other traditions. She is a well known author in Hungary, publishing several books in which she deals with Ken Wilber’s integral theory as well, putting it into a very interesting context. She is a winner of the Academy-prize in Hungary.
Dr. Ilma Szász teaches Christian mysticism and kabala at the Integral Academy.
